Casa di Simonetta is situated in the borgo/hamlet of Adine between the villages of Radda and Lecchi in Chianti. Adine is a quiet and peaceful neighborhood of which the residents are eighty percent Italian.
Adine is surrounded by wonderful villages and cities. Siena and Greve are a 25 min drive. For Firenze it takes 45 mins to Villa Constanza parking and a 20 min tram ride into the Firenze centro.
Casa di Simonetta is a 1000 year old home, restored over the years by Signora Simonetta Palazio. The property is home to three self contained living opportunities, each with independent entrances and facilities.
Casa Piccolo is the owner’s favourite. It is a one bedroom unit with a living area with an open fire place. The kitchen includes a dining corner. Both the kitchen and living area look onto the olive grove. The court yard offers an outside dining and relaxation area.

We are surrounded by wonderful villages and cities. Siena and Greve are a 25 min drive. For Firenze it takes 60 mins to Villa Constanza parking (€5/day) and a 20 min tram ride (€1.50 each way) into the Firenze centro. For ideas of things to do, please read our list of favorite things.
Radda Tourism has a wonderfully helpful office, just below the ringing bells in the square. They have maps of walking trails, among other things. They also offer free wifi on the bench outside.
