Casa di Simonetta is situated in the borgo/hamlet of Adine between the villages of Radda and Lecchi in Chianti. Adine is a quiet and peaceful neighborhood of which the residents are eighty percent Italian.

Adine is surrounded by wonderful villages and cities. Siena and Greve are a 25 min drive. For Firenze it takes 45 mins to Villa Constanza parking and a 20 min tram ride into the Firenze centro.

Casa di Simonetta is a 1000 year old home, restored over the years by Signora Simonetta Palazio. The property is home to three self contained living opportunities, each with independent entrances and facilities.

Casa Green and Gould has two large bedrooms overlooking the front terrace and olive grove. The bedrooms each have their own bathroom and are located on the upper floor. A living area with open fire place, formal dining room, guest loo and shower, laundry and a kitchen with another open fire place, make up the ground floor.
