Directions to Wildekrans Country House
N2 From Cape Town
- Take exit road out of airport, follow signs to the N2 (Somerset West), taking the left off ramp onto the N2 towards Somerset West.
- Stay on the N2 bypassing Strand/Somerset West and go over Sir Lowry’s Pass. Continue past Grabouw and the Peregrine Farmstall on your right.
- Stay on N2 for approximately 15kms from Grabouw. You will find the Houw Hoek Farm Stall on the right. Turn left off the N2 at this intersection (there is a sign on the N2 directing one to the Houw Hoek Hotel, follow it) and follow the road down over the railway line and through the gate of the Houw Hoek Hotel.
- Turn left again once in front of the Houw Hoek Hotel. We are just up the road on the right (just before the railway crossing), after the orchard and the corn coloured house on the right; opposite the olive trees.
N2 From Bot River Caledon
- Continue on the N2 past Bot River and up the Houw hoek pass.
- When the road reduces from dual to single lane at the top of the pass, slow down & keep to the right. You will soon find the Houw Hoek Farm Stall on the left.
- Turn right off the N2 at this intersection (there is a sign on the N2 directing one to the Houw Hoek Hotel, follow it) and follow the road down over the railway line and through the gate of the Houw Hoek Hotel.
- Turn left again once in front of the Houw Hoek Hotel. We are just up the road on the right (just before the railway crossing), after the orchard and the corn coloured house on the right; opposite the olive trees.
